At Saorsa Xpressions, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every piece you purchase makes you feel confident and beautiful. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

All tags and labels are still attached.

You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Please note that items not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Lingerie, swimwear, or undergarments

Earrings and other personal accessories

Custom-made or personalized clothing

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. How to Request a Return
To start a return:

A brief reason for the return

Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will send you return instructions and address details.
⚠️ Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5. Shipping for Returns

For change-of-mind or wrong-size returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For damaged, defective, or wrong items, Saorsa Xpressions will cover the return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable delivery service and keeping your proof of postage until your return is confirmed.
6. Refunds & Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through your original payment method (bank transfer, card, or wallet).

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
We’re happy to exchange items (subject to availability). Simply request an exchange when contacting our team.
If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe:

Contact your bank — sometimes refunds take time to reflect.
